Pretty Hair Things

1. Most items are made to order especially for you. For this reason the photos should be regarded as examples of style & not necessarily the exact item you will receive. If this is a problem please email me as the original may still be available.

2. Photos of your item can be sent for your approval via email, Royal Mail or SMS messaging, if you wish, prior to dispatch.

3. Because items are made to order, please allow at least one week for a single item to be dispatched - in some cases it will actually be considerably faster than this. At particularly busy times (e.g. Christmas), or for bulk orders, please allow up to 3 weeks - we will email you once your order is received & advise on expected time.

4. Because each item is specially made, we can adapt & modify designs to suit your particular preference - whether size, colour or style. As this may need ordering of special materials, please email or phone to discuss your preferences before ordering.

5. For bulk orders such as bride / bridesmaids’ tiaras it may be possible to negotiate payment as discounts are available for many bulk orders. Please email or phone if you think either of these may apply.

6. Unless otherwise negotiated in advance, payment must be received before your item can be completed or dispatched. Payment is accepted via Paypal.

Delivery

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and the combs, coronets and tiaras are packed in an acetate box- really useful for storage.

All orders - will be sent by Royal Mail and will be charged at

£5.00 for Tiaras and Large Combs.
£3.00 for Coronets and Small Combs.
£2.00 for Grips and Clips.

International orders - Please note once products have been dispatched they are normally delivered within 4 working days (please note international orders will take longer).

  • We will dispatch your order within 7 to 28 days of receiving payment.
  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered
  • Urgent orders can sometimes be prioritized. Please call 01323 434792 or e-mail prettyhairthings@hotmail.co.uk to check delivery times before you place your order.
  • Most packages will require a signature on delivery and if you are unable to sign for your package items will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Pretty Hair Things.
  • We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.

Customer satisfaction / Returns

  1. If there is a problem with your order please gets in touch & we will do our best to rectify matters.
  2. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault developing within the first 2 months, please contact us to arrange return.
  3. Returns / refunds can only be accepted by mutual agreement & within certain conditions. Please email or phone for details.
