Pretty Hair Things

Hair Grips.

These are great for adding interest to all hair styles as they can be worn to hold a fringe back and also to create extra interest in the back of a hair up style for a special occasion or party. I have created a large range, some simply flowers and others with pearls and crystals sprays.   The grips are approximatly 2 ” long and then some have 1″ - 3″ of added bead or feather, they are very light and will normally be used to accent a style rather than hold it in place.

Hair Clips.

This range of spring clips are really good for fine or thicker hair and could be used in the hair instead of a comb for bridesmaids or especially pretty for smart funtions. I have designed a good range -   with Flowers, mother of pearls and beautiful glass beads and can of course make things to order to ensure colour co-ordination. 

Hair Combs.

I love the versatility of these combs as they can be used for the holding of the hair or to add a special accent to the dressed style. They come in two sizes according to the design,

Small combs;       Approx 3 ” wide, these are fabulous for adding to either side of the hair style and could be ideal for everyday wear or for a bridesmaid to tie in the colour theme.

Large combs;      Approx 5″ wide, these are normally better for adult’s as they are wider than normal and look superb when used to hold the hair across to one side or for controlling a top knot.

Some of the designs are made in pairs as they could be used for bridesmaids or for smart day-wear to hold both sides of the hair back . They also will usually have a similar design Tiara to compliment all themes.

Hair Tiaras.

A truly gorgeous way to look special . Over twenty different individual designs to please everyone. All the designs are finished with extra care taken to make sure the wire is secure and also flexible, the types of headband are plain gold-tone/silver-tone, some are plain bands and some have wire teeth which hold even the finest of hair in place.

               I try make the bands comfortable by loosening the ends so that it doesn’t pinch behind the ears - although everyone has a slightly different shape and size head,the bands can be bent slightly to add to the “wear-ability”. I have made very classic crystal/pearl designs and more unusual glass bead and calla lilies or try an off set bead spray - there is no limit to the adaptions that can be made. They also usually have a similarly designed comb range to enhance your theme.

Hair Coronets.

Tiny versions of a tiara are called coronets, I have a small range of these pretty accessories which sit beautifully on hair up styles such as a classic bun or chignon. They have a circlet with a comb centre which can be easily attached and further anchored with two hair grips. A very pretty way to make someone feel like a princess or more classically - Audrey Hepburn.
